Luxury hotel with a fantastic location close to the Old Town and
The hotel offered a complimentary tour of the hotel with focus on the history and art. Very interesting.
The servicing of the room (on the Sunday we stayed) didn´t take place until nearly 5pm (just when we returned to the room). We had been out since 9am but there was no sign to hang on the door to show that housekeeping could take place.

Prime location with great pool area
Beautiful hotel in a prime location. Beautiful rooms and great staff. Good size pool Lady in American bar lovely and very helpful Door staff excellent and very helpful
Requested early entry to room as we arrived via plane at 10am. This did not happen and the phonecall we were promised didn't materialise. The swimming pool was freezing. Accept it is February but it really is cold. However great for dealing with knee swelling after a lot of walking. Requested balcony which we were given but doors were locked with no key available. Not sure very safe if there had been a fire Bar closed at 8pm and staff very quick to remove you. Seemed a bit early. On the expensive side as a hotel
